Stephen Colbert Breaks Down the 'Prece-Don't' of the Citizens United Case

Stephen Colbert Breaks Down the 'Prece-Don't' of the Citizens United Case

In the recent landmark Supreme Court case, Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, the Court held that a 62-year-old federal statue that prohibited corporations from making direct expenditures to support or oppose candidates in federal elections was unconstitutional.
